| If you aren't able to login to the site with your username and password, there
are three things you can do right now.
Answer your secret
question
Your profile required you to enter a username and supply and answer to your
secret question. If you know your username, this option will ask
your secret question and provide the opportunity for you to enter a new
password for your account. If you answer your Secret Question
correctly, your password will be changed and you will be able to login again
with your new password. Please note that password changes may take
up to five (5) minutes to propagate through the system.
Have your username sent to
you
If you have forgotten your username and or Secret Answer, then you will not be
able to utilize option 2. If you remember the email address you
entered on your application or when you registered, INROADS will send your
username to you at that address. You can then exercise option 2 to
change your password. If you are unsure of the email address you
used, then when supplying profile information so that we can identify you, you
can supply an email address and upon verification of your identity INROADS will
send your username and secret answer to you at that address. You can
then exercise option 2 to change your password.
